Romance Oils – Jasmine
In a continuation of our series on
Jasmine (Jasminum officinale)
Plant origin: India
Jasmine is actually an “essence” and not an essential oil. The flower must be harvested in the early morning hours before the sun comes up because the oil goes back down into the plant when the sun comes out.
It is very beneficial for the skin, especially irritated sensitive skin, and eczema.
Traditionally used as a sexual relaxant, labor pains, menstrual pains, stress and nervous exhaustion, anxiety, depression and there are still many more.
Nicknamed the “Queen of the night” oil.
For centuries, women have loved using Jasmine for it’s beautiful and seductive fragrance!
Great Companion Oils Are:
Bergamot, Frankincense, Geranium, Helichrysum, Lemongrass, Mandarin, Melissa, Orange, Palmarosa, Rose, Rosewood, Sandalwood, and Spearmint.
One pound of Jasmine oil requires about 1000 pounds of Jasmine or 3.6 million fresh unpacked blossoms!
Enjoy your royal experience with Jasmine oil!
