The essential oil is Steam distilled from flowers

Patchouli is anti-infectious, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and used as a decongestant!

When I smell Patchouli essential oil, I think of the sixties and Hippies. 

It was a very popular scent at that time,  with a  long history of being used as a perfume.

Know for a very strong earthy scent.

Plant origin:  India and Indonesia

Sandalwood essential oil has been used for centuries in Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine.

It was also used in the Bible and is a very strong oil.

Commonly found used in the perfume industry.

 

Sandalwood Essential Oil

It supports the nerves and circulation. Also promotes deep sleep,  for emotional support,  and depression and anxiety.

Sandalwood is used as a memory booster!

Another known use is as an aphrodisiac. Can help with skin revitalization and for bronchitis.
