The Complete Book of Essential Oils and Aromatherapy

Candy has owned this book (an earlier version) FOREVER!

This is one of the first books that I purchased early on in my aromatherapy journey.  I have used it often over the years.  It contains over 600 recipes, quality control, methods of use, and how to incorporate aromatherapy into most areas of your life.  There are some things that I don’t agree with but overall its a good book and it makes a good addition to your library.

The Heart of Aromatherapy

This book is used by Ancient Arts Aromatherapy as a reference ALL THE TIME!

From Candy’s review – ” This book is easy to read and very informative.  It’s definitely not just a recipe book!” Read the full Review Here!

Hydrosols: The Next Aromatherapy

I absolutely love this book!   It has opened a new chapter in my Aromatherapy journey!  To say that I refer to it often would be an understatement!  In her book, Suzanne explains hydrosols and their many uses.  I highly recommend this book to everyone that is learning about aromatherapy and essential oils, from the beginner to the experienced!

Essential Living

Another of Andrea Butje’s Books.

This is another book that Candy has written a Review for – Candy says ” It is beautifully illustrated and wonderfully written.  It is easy to understand and follow, Andrea is very professional in all her explanations and instructions!” Read the full review HERE!

Carrier Oils for Aromatherapy & Massage

I have to say that this is one of the best carrier oil books that I have ever used!  It’s so informative and covers such a range of carrier oils, their qualities, chemistry, recipes, and so much more!  I refer to this book often.  I highly recommend it!

We hope you get a chance to try one (or all) of these references for yourself.
